Telehealth ECHO Series

Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) is a program using telehealth technology to revolutionize medical education and improve access to specialty care. Developed by the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, Project ECHO works by connecting providers with specialist teams via videoconference. The Heartland Telehealth Resource Center launched the Telemedicine ECHO series in 2021 and continues with new topics in 2024! Topics include evaluating services, building strategic plans, and accessing tools to address digital burnout. Register today!

    Join us as we explore the relationship between technology-based fatigue and stressors related to digital burnout, with emphasis on provider well-being as a key element of the Quadruple Aim. Evidence-based guidelines and ethical practice recommendations for mitigating digital burnout at both organizational and individual levels in healthcare settings will be shared. Learn ways to advance self-assessment, improvements, and self-care to promote a culture of well-being.
